Robin is a finnish pop-star and he sings in Finnish. He has born 24th of August 1998. He lives in Finland in a city called Turku. His hobbies are sailing and skateboarding, Robin came famous 16th of January 2012 when he published his first single called "Frontside ollie" in youtube. It got more than million views in few days. And now "Frontside ollie" has over 11 million views. Robin has told that his music-idols are Bruno Mars an Michael Jackson


History


Robin has been very musical since he was a little kid and he always wanted to perform in all parties. First singing competition he went to was "Starskaba" and he won it. He also went to other competitions and all of them went well. That's where it all began.Robin was performing at birthday party and somebody who was watching the show really liked it and he recomented robin to Kim Kuusela and he asked that would robin go to the New Wave contest. New Wave song contest is Eastern Europe's largest song contest, followed by about 100 million TV viewers. It went well but Robin did not get to the top three.



Albums and songs


Robin has three albums. The first one is called Koodi and it came out in winter 2012. Lyrics were made by Robin, Jimi Constantine and Saana Mustonen. The second album published 5th of October 2012 and it's called Chillaa. His third Boom Kah published in October 2013. His most popular are Frontside Ollie, Puuttuva Palanen, Erilaiset, Onnellinen and Boom Kah.


Awards


In Emma-gala Robin got four awards; best song of the year - Frontside Ollie, newcomer of the year, best popalbum of the year - Koodi, Spotify Innovation Award. Robin appreciates those awards a lot. In 2014 Emma-gala he didn't get any awards.



The book and the document


Marikka Bergman has written the book called "Robinin huikea tarina" (The amazing story of Robin) The book descripes Robins life and career. The Robin book came out 03.10.2012. The premiere of the document was in January 2012.
